Dr. John grew up in both Chicago, IL and Louisville, KY. He completed medical school at Wright State University in Ohio followed by residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a specialist in Cornea/External diseases and Anterior uveitis, having finished his fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute of the Johns Hopkins Medical School.
He started practicing full time at the University of Louisville in 1992 and began consulting work in Columbus, IN in 2009. Dr. John is actively involved in writing, teaching residents, conducting clinical research and speaking around the country.
